PrintStore Pro
PrintStore Pro is a system for managing the company's printing resources. It includes the ability to record equipment and consumables, all actions with them, and monitor network printing equipment. The status of each consumable in any printer (MFP, copier, fax) is monitored. Based on the collected information, it allows you to create a large number of reports (80 templates in the current version), as well as forecast the budget for subsequent periods.
A special network service polls printers and MFPs according to a specified schedule, saves the received information in the database and notifies by e-mail about the imminent end of cartridges, photo drums, developer, oven and other resources. Monitoring is supported for devices of any manufacturer.
System capabilities:
- support for multi-user mode with access control at the group and user level;
- support for barcoding;
- calculation of the consumption rate for each consumable in each slot;
- tracking of print counters and their changes for any period;
- accounting of refillable cartridges, maintaining a passport for each copy;
- accounting of service contracts;
- accounting of user requests;
- built-in report editor and print form generator;
- detailed illustrated documentation of about 500 pages;
- its own database of compatibility of devices and consumables, more than 3,500 current equipment models are supported;
- users can independently add new equipment models to the database;
- all actions in the system are recorded in the log.
