PrintStat
Software for monitoring and detailed accounting of printing equipment of any manufacturer.
PrintStat is used to monitor printing of network printers and MFPs from all manufacturers known on the market. Data comes directly from the built-in counters of the printing devices, which allows you to track the load, stock of consumables, current status of the device and much more as accurately as possible. This data is necessary for rational printing management and cost reduction.
For service centers that service equipment under contracts for per-copy payment, PrintStat allows you to monitor printing and automate the collection of counters from all devices with automatic sending of this information by e-mail (the program will send notifications selected in the settings). If this contradicts the customer's corporate information security standards, this function can be disabled, and thus the program will not send any data outside the local network.
Suppliers of consumables will be able to bypass competitors by improving the service provided due to the ability to supply only the necessary consumables, in the right quantity and at the time when the customer needs it. There is no need to create and maintain a stock of cartridges at the customer’s place – PrintStat will promptly notify the supplier that a particular consumable is running low.
When new devices appear on the network, PrintStat detects them automatically; the model database contains about 1000 names and is constantly updated.
